  • eSIM delivery is typically instant but may take up to 1 - 4 minutes in some cases.
  • If you have not received your eSIM within this timeframe, please check your spam/junk email folder or contact us at support@esimspaza.com.

3. Accuracy of Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address at checkout.
  • eSIM Spaza will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses.

4. Delivery Confirmation

  • The email will include the ICCID, QR code (if applicable), and setup instructions.
