Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund policy for eSIM purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The eSIM has not been activated or used.
- The ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) must be provided.
- The order number associated with the purchase is included.
Refund Process
To start a return, please follow the steps below:

- In your email, include your order details and the ICCID.
- Briefly explain the reason for your return.
- Provide ICCID: Ensure the ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) is included in your email. You can find this information in the eSIM delivery email you received.
- Review and Approval: Once we receive your refund request and ICCID, our team will review the details to confirm eligibility. If your request is accepted, you will be notified via email.
- Refund Confirmation: If approved, your purchase will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Important Notes
- Refunds are only applicable to unactivated eSIMs.
- Any eSIM that has been activated or used is not eligible for a refund.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
